About Fazerrati's Pizza

Since 1990, Fazerrati's Pizza has been one of Napa's favorite local pizza destinations. Affectionately known as Fazi's by generations of Napa residents, we serve classic pizzas in a fun, family-friendly, sports-oriented atmosphere.

Locally owned and operated by Napa natives Troy and Denise Cary, Fazerrati's has built its reputation on great food, outstanding customer service, and a commitment to the Napa community.

Troy Cary's journey with Fazerrati's began in 1990 when he started as a delivery driver while attending college. After serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy during Operation Desert Storm, Troy returned and was hired as the restaurant's manager. In 1995, he became a partner in the business and spent the next 15 years overseeing daily operations as Co-Owner and General Manager. In 2010, Troy purchased the restaurant outright from founder John Johnston.

Today, the Cary family continues to carry on the traditions that have made Fazerrati's a Napa favorite. Troy and Denise work alongside their daughter, Chelsie Blakeley, who began working in the family business at age 14 and now serves as General Manager, overseeing much of the restaurant's day-to-day operations.

Our Commitment to Quality

At Fazerrati's, quality has always been at the heart of everything we do.

Our pizza dough is made fresh daily using premium spring wheat flour sourced from the Midwest. Each batch is hand-rolled and cold-fermented for 24 to 48 hours to develop exceptional flavor and texture.

Our signature pizza sauce is crafted from fresh-ground tomatoes grown in California's Salinas Valley and blended with our proprietary blend of seasonings. Every pizza is topped with premium California-produced whole milk mozzarella cheese and the freshest, highest-quality ingredients available.

While many restaurants claim to use fresh toppings, we believe freshness starts with sourcing the best ingredients possible and preparing every pizza with care. Our pizza makers are trained to craft each pizza as if they were making it for their best friend.

Community First

Since opening our doors, Fazerrati's has proudly supported the Napa community, especially local youth sports programs.

Through team sponsorships, donations, fundraising events, and community partnerships, we remain committed to giving back to the families and organizations that have supported us throughout the years.

The Cary family firmly believes that strong communities are built through local involvement, and we are honored to play a small role in helping Napa's youth, schools, and nonprofit organizations thrive.
